Entry Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your entry.
Refunds
If the event does not proceed for any reason, all payments made (excluding the $500 deposit) will be fully refunded.
If you choose to withdraw your entry, the following refund schedule applies:
- Withdrawal up to 28 August 2026 100% monies paid refunded (excluding $500 dep)
- Withdrawal 28 August to 28 September 2026 75% monies paid refunded (excluding $500 dep)
- Withdrawal 28 September to 28 October 2026 50% monies paid refunded (excluding $500 dep)
- Withdrawal 28 October to 28 November 2026 25% monies paid refunded (excluding $500 dep)
- Withdrawal after 28 November 2026 No refund can be given
Transferring Your Entry
Payments may be transferred to a new entry, provided the receiving entry is not already held by the organisers. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.
