Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy has been developed to provide a refund if the dates change or for some unforeseen circumstance that the event needs to be rescheduled.  The following cancellation policy has been updated for 2026.

  • If the event does not go ahead, payments made are fully refundable less credit card and administration fees
  • If the event does not go ahead due to circumstances outside of the event organizers management, such as COVID , border closures, etc, the event will be moved to an alternate date and entries and monies paid will be moved to the alternate date.
